We offer free shipping within the EU for retail customers on orders over €35. Please note that this service excludes certain remote areas and islands.

For orders below €35, a shipping fee of €6 applies.

Fast shipping: Orders placed before 16:00 are shipped on the same day.

Your packages are shipped either with Austrian Post or DPD, depending on the fastest delivery option. The usual delivery time is 2–4 business days, while deliveries within Vienna typically arrive within 1 business day.
