Application Bleaching Powder Dust Free No Yellow

In a non-metallic bowl, mix 1 part powder with 2 parts developer (1:2) until you achieve a smooth, creamy consistency. Apply the mixture to dry, unwashed hair and leave it on for 15-45 minutes, depending on the hair type and desired level of lightening. After the processing time, rinse the hair thoroughly with warm water.
