Barex JOC COLOR Shine DeveloperRecommended to be mixed with JOC COLOR Hair Coloring and Super Lightening Cream and with Bleaching Powder, in the indicated mixing ratio.
A highly stable and creamy oxidizing emulsion that guarantees volume stability and helps maintain an ideal pH level during hair coloring. Contains Meadowfoam Flower extract which helps protect hair while assuring color uniformity and brilliance.

In a non-metallic bowl, mix the required amount of Developer emulsion with the hair coloring or bleaching powders to achieve the desired consistency.WARNINGS: Wear suitable gloves.
