BAREX PERMESSE Expert's Delight Activator 10 vol.Cream-like emulsion, designed to work synergistically with the cream dye and super lightening cream dye of the Permesse line. Optimally conveys the chosen color shade. Amber extract with anti-aging effect strengthens and laminates the hair. The formula is free of parabens and mineral oil.
